Dr. Neeraj Pandit, HOD, of cardiology department of the hospital, says that many times patients come to such patients whose heart has failed more than once. For the first time, he was admitted to the hospital after heart failure, treatment was completed, medicines were taken, but after a few years, the person’s heart failed again. Then they are again edited and treated in the hospital again. In many cases, heart fails more than once, but the reason behind this is not clear. So far only eating, drinking, poor lifestyle habits are said to be the cause of this, but these are very small reasons, the real reason is different and this research is going on to know this. For the past few months, Doctors of Cardiology Department are doing this research on 100 people and by mid-August the results will be presented to the public.

These people are involved in research
Dr Neeraj Pandit says that 100 patients of heart failure have been included in this research. Their age is between 18 and 70 years but most people are above the age of 50 years. Although there are very few people who have heart failure or any other heart disease for 18 years or so around them. A theory is also being prepared for this so that it can be useful for other researchers in future.

Medicines drop in the middle
He says that one reason behind heart failure more than once is to leave medicine in the middle. Often people who are given medicines after heart failure, leave it alone in the middle, due to which the disease is not fully diagnosed. With this again, there are chances of heart failure, but there are several other reasons which are responsible for it.
